The Maryland delegation, made up of teams that placed second at State Competition are eligible for competing at The Big E in Springfield, Mass.  A charter bus may be provided if their is an interest for qualifying team members, individual speaking winners and their advisors and coaches.  First place winners in public speaking events are also eligible to attend.
