*State FFA Convention Chapter full payment must be postmarked by June 1, 2017 by 5 pm  to Terrie Shank, MD FFA Executive Director.
 
If full payment is not received by June 1st, 2017 by 5 pm, student/teams will not be eligible for awards in competitive events. 
 
*All completed and signed student waivers must be postmarked by June 1, 2017 by 5 pm 
to Terrie Shank, 925 North East Street Frederick, MD  21701

NOTE: If a student waiver is not complete and/or not submitted by June 1st by 5 pm, they will not be allowed to participate in any of the State FFA Convention activities.
